Prime Minister's Question

Every time I listen to the Prime Minister's Questions on C-Span Radio (on 90.1 in DC), I wonder how President Bush would do in similar circumstances. How can we have such a President who can't even debate a kindegarden student well. I think Bush is smart in his own way, however, he IS not articulate.
